Exact Sciences Innovation One Headquarters Facility

Innovation One is a new 125,000 square foot 5-story corporate office building with three underground parking levels in University Research Park on Madison’s west side. For this design-build project, our scope includes 200,000 feet of of CAT 6 cabling for over 1,000 network connections, cabling for 80 access controlled doors, and sound masking on the upper three floors.

Globalcom’s scope also includes furnishing, installing, terminating, and testing all of the inter-building fiber between Telecom rooms and Fiber between two other Exact Sciences buildings adjacent to the new building. The building itself is a completely glass enclosed structure and will stand out among the others due to its unique curved shape when seen from above.
