Grant Regional Health Center Addition & Renovation

This project is multi-phase addition and remodel of an occupied facility. Being a design-assist, we work with the design team to bring the owner the best value. Work includes a new clinic and inpatient addition with an entire remodel of all imaging spaces: mammo, x-ray, flouro, CT, and MRI rooms. The scope of work includes installation of 170,000-foot CAT6 cable and Ortronics connectivity throughout the existing facility, installation of new 50um multimode fiber optic and 25pr copper backbone cabling throughout the building to all the existing IDF closets, the build-out a new MDF room and relocation of the existing server room to the new MDF.

Additional scope includes a new CCTV system throughout the existing and new addition consisting of (50) new IP megapixel interior and exterior cameras, installation of the nurse call, telemetry, paging and access control cabling throughout the project.
