UW-Madison Camp Randall Stadium Technology Infrastructure Upgrades

We installed the complete infrastructure to support the new IP TV system and high density Wi-Fi system within UW’s historic football stadium. Our scope included structured cabling for IP TV and wireless access point locations throughout the stadium with over 300,000 linear feet of CAT6 cabling, and over 1200 connection points. Work also included a single-mode fiber backbone to multiple telecommunication rooms (TR) from the main distribution frame, over a mile of 288-strand OSP fiber from the Camp Randall MDF to the Kohl Center MDF, new TR build out and existing TR upgrades.
